Madrid Bike Tours is a comparison site run by email only. The mailbox is info@madridbiketours.org and it is the only channel for questions, corrections and press queries.
What To Write About
Send an email if you spot a price or fact error on a tour card, if a tour is no longer bookable, or if you have a press or partnership question. To make a correction easy to act on, include three things:
- The exact tour name as it appears on the card.
- What you expected to see and what you actually saw.
- A return address for the reply.
Short, specific messages get resolved faster than general feedback. If the same error appears on several cards, list them all in one email rather than sending separate messages.
What The Site Cannot Do
This site does not run tours and does not hold bookings. There are four things it cannot help with:
- Change, cancel or move a booking.
- Issue refunds or check a payment.
- Confirm a start time, a meeting point or a group size.
- Pass a message to a guide or operator.
Where To Take Booking Problems
Every booking problem goes to the booking platform where you paid. Open the confirmation email you received when you booked, find the order or booking reference, and contact that platform's support team from your account page. The platform can see your payment, your tour option and your contact details, none of which this site ever receives. If the problem is a factual error on this site rather than a booking issue, that is when to write to the mailbox.

Write to info@madridbiketours.org. Please do not send payment details, copies of ID documents or booking confirmations: they are not needed to answer a question about the site, and keeping them out of email is safer for everyone. Describe the issue in plain text instead.
